Castellini provides a reconditioning service for used or damaged HAGC cylinders, Spindles, Mandrels, Chocks and in general any equipment from the steel manufacturing sector.
In comparison with maintenance made by the customers themselves, Castellini Service refurbishment is giving many advantages.
As a standard procedure, the used equipment arriving from site are completely disassembled and the condition of each component is inspected and reported. Regardless their conditions, all seal assemblies, guiding rings, gasket and O.R. are removed and replaced with new items, chrome/nickel plating is machined-out and replaced by new plating, sensors, servo valves and their manifolds are cleaned and inspected.
Damaged components are restored or replaced.
