A customized vision system to verify the correct operation of the unit
The Castellini SMW unit may be equipped with a dedicated and customized vision system which verify in automatic the profile characteristics, its length and its position. The result is that the unit automatically reduce the risk of mistakes in providing the wrong beams or in the positioning phases the beam into the cassette.
The unit will not weld a wrong profile in the wrong position, warning the operator of a possible incongruity between the real profile and the expected one.
