Castellini hosted the Agent Meeting 2026

We have just concluded the Agent Meeting 2026 of Castellini SpA: two intense and inspiring days dedicated to alignment, growth and defining our next steps together.

We began by reflecting on the significant results achieved over the past two years — a journey made possible by the strength of our network and the expertise, commitment and professionalism of our people. While numbers confirm we are moving in the right direction, it is competence and collaboration that truly make the difference.

The second day was focused on broadening our perspective and looking ahead. A key highlight was the visit to LAZZARI officine meccaniche impianti industriali S.p.A., the newest company to join our Group. Experiencing firsthand their technical expertise and industrial capabilities reinforced the strategic value of this integration and the power of shared values in driving innovation.

We concluded the Meeting back at our headquarters for a final discussion on future developments, reaffirming a common direction and strengthening the synergies across our companies.

These two days confirmed that strategy is essential, but it is integration, collaboration and the talent of our people that will shape our success in the years to come.
